Overview
This case study covers my role as the Senior Product Designer on Digital Health who managed and contributed to the evolution of the PC Health™ design system— establishing scalable components, design tokens, and usage guidelines that streamlined collaboration across teams. By standardizing patterns and elevating visual and interaction consistency, I significantly reduced design and development time while improving accessibility and brand coherence. My leadership in maintaining and optimizing the system enabled designers to focus on solving higher-level user problems, resulting in faster delivery, higher-quality experiences, and measurable improvements in design efficiency and business outcomes.
