Overview
This case study covers my role as the Lead Product Designer in designing a centralized area where patients can make updates to their profile information, set their prescription preferences, manage their data, and other account-related settings.
My Responsibilities
DISCOVERY
Product Requirements
Understanding the "what" and "why" is an important part of the discovery process. My product manager and I worked together to define the fundamental functional and non-functional requirements for creating a central hub for customers to manage their account settings.

This initial step involved auditing the existing experience, aligning on business goals, and creating low-fi concepts to share with stakeholders.
DESIGN
Design Crit.
In order to have structured time to receive feedback on my designs, I started facilitating weekly design crits with the Digital Health design team. These are in addition to monthly crits we attend across the organization. The crit is a space where designers can support each other and improve our work, together. I've taken many pieces of work to design crit and this project was no exception.
